Birlasoft would take the liberty of cross-raining the short listed candidates and having them deployed on high end CRM assignments. Who Qualifies? Sound experience on programming languages (Java/VB/C/C++/.Net with Scripting exposure). Hands on experience in database language - Pl/SQL. Have a minimum of 2 year of work experience. Should have flair for being crossed trained, should be open to work on niche CRM skills. Have strong business communication skills.
