Designation HR FRESHERS WANTED !!!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all human resource related activity which are required for Employee contact program (ERM) for our INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYEES
Handle Attrition analysis
Design and conduct script for policy to be communicated to employee.
Administer and explain benefits to employee.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Experience : Fresher

Education: MBA HR 2007

Location of Job: Noida
