The position would be responsible for Executing Votes on behalf of MS Funds and MS Clients on the vendor website. This position would require the individual to work closely with teams in our international offices and will also involve liaison and interaction with global service providers who support our product profiles
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete understanding of product profiles
· Voting as per Proxy Voting Policy
· Maintenance of integrity and secrecy of the firm
· Manage risk associated with the job profile
· Involvement in projects related to the job function
· Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Completion of 3 years of College (B Com preferred)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· High degree of computer literacy, including working knowledge of Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel and Access.
· Basic Knowledge of Corporate matters such as Company Meetings, Registers etc.
· Relevant prior experience in company matters will be an added advantage
· An ability to ' think outside the box' and look for creative solutions
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
· Ability to identify and escalate risk issues to stakeholders
