Job Description Fresher - Job Description
* Opportunity Analysis - new store planning and opening.
* Planning of stores as per roll out plan.
* Estimation of initial cost and time estimates and Project planning.
* Valuation of Properties.
* Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress.
* Project Implementation and Monitoring.
* Locate Contractors and monitor third party contractors
* Ensure that cost as well as time deadlines are met.
* Ensuring Quality control.
* Monitor the performance of contract agencies and ensure that projects are completed within stipulated time and budget.
* Evaluate performance based on explicit deliverables.
* Create and manage preferred contractors for each city/ region to ensure uniformity in delivery.
* Identification of suppliers of equipments, store fixtures, and ensure timely deliveries.
* Coordinate with finance department on payments to contractors.
* Monitors purchases for all project activities.

Candidate Profile
Desired Profile:
* BE / B.Tech (Civil) / B.Arch with 4-7 years of experience in project handling with retail companies can apply.
* Person should have good knowledge of Auto CAD (Mandatory) & interiors.
* Person should have good communication and negotiation skills.
