Designation Research Analyst
Job Description

* Should have exposure in undertaking company analysis, forecasting financial trends in at least 2 sectors
* Proficient in analyzing various financial statements to derive relevant results with key focus on interpretation & feedback key parameters.
* Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS would be favorable
* Excellent working knowledge of advanced Excel, Adobe & Word MS Office applications
* Should have demonstrated skills in communication (written & oral) and be oriented as a team member.or
* A strong academic background CA
* Good analytical skills & technical skills ,International exposure and cultural compatibility
* Demonstrated attention to detail & Strong leadership skills

Desired Profile
1. Analysis and study of companies worldwide on behalf of various Investment Banking clients.
2. Excellent understanding of Investment Bank (IB) products such Comparable company analysis, Precedent transaction analysis, Pitch book preparation, Shareholder analyses, etc.
3. Prior exposure to Databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson, Factset, Hoovers, etc. would be a advantageous
4. Should demonstrate strong statistical/mathematical orientation and data interpretation capabilities.
5. Involved in report writing in pitch book preparation on relevant generic and company specific businesses & developments.
