Assisting the Vice President in all administrative and support activities
Scheduling appointments and maintaining his diary
Travel arrangements for Vice President while traveling
Preparing vouchers and bills for the R&D Team
Preparing MIS Attendance reports
Organising internal Customer Conferences
Coordination - Taking Messages / Documents / Filing
Handle the reception cum board, when receptionist is on leave or during her lunch breaks.
Co-ordination on information flow
