    * This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business.
    * Plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing clients on temporary, temp-to-perm, and/or permanent positions.
    * Prospect, Recruit, Screen, Schedule, Interview and Place active as well as passive candidates.
    * Exhibit consistent performance in closing a variety of client positions.
    * Ability to work on a variety of technologies.
    * Maintain resume database and document candidate communication.
    * Participate in active team building and team work.

    * Minimum 0 to 6 months recruiting experience in US Staffing/Consulting industry or BPO/ITES /Call Center industry.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

    * Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    * Ability to successfully interface with candidates / job seekers, US Account Mangers, Hiring Mangers, vendors/Clients.
    * Recruitment experience in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success.
    * Understand technologies and utilize the same to screen consultants.
    * Identifying prospect candidates and building a strong network of consultants.
    * Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan.
