Job Description	Responsibilities: * Define/update processes for assigned process areas * Develop training material for assigned process areas * Deliver training on processes to employees * Keep track of improvements to be made in processes & ensure revisions are prepared, approved and implemented. Skill Set: * Good written and oral communication skills * Knowledge of relevant tools for preparing process documents * Knowledge of at least one Quality System Measure: * Timeliness and quality of process definition * Quality of training material as given in training feedback * Effectiveness of training as given in training feedback Qualifiactions desired: * IQA certification desirable * Any graduate / post graduate
