Desired Profile

Experience on IVR,CTI and Call Center technologies:

Have experience on ASR, TTS, VXML and VXML development tools like Dialog Designer, Audium ....
Exposure to Programming Languages like C,C++ and Java
Experience in understanding the customer requirements, Developing Call flows
Must have experience in product development
Experience in Project Management, project estimations and costing
Must be able to talk to customers; understands their problem and giving the solutions
Having experience to Different IVR platforms like Avaya, Nortel, Cisco
