Job Description:
Data Entry for SAP/CRM. In CRM for Quotation Creation Co-ordination with the sales teams to create BP Creation of all Quotations In R3 for Proposal Projects (can also be done by the Cell and the practices once quotation is created) Creation of the Proposal project Linking of the Proposal project to the Quotation. In R3 for Submitted proposals Co-ordinate with the sales teams to update quotation with effort, rate and status (submitted) In R3 for Won / Lost proposals Co-ordinate with the sales teams to update quotation status to Won / Lost All these will be on an on-going basis. If he/she has the bandwidth there is data on proposals for 2007 that needs to be collated and updated. Win/Loss Analysis and coordination with Practices for proposal data. BP/Quotation/Contract creation for TIS Switzerland.
