Job Description
Responsible for;
1) Maintaining of QMS/EMS requirements in line with ISO 9001/TS 16949/ISO 14001 (Maintaining Quality records,ensuring caliberation & MSA studies,FEMS, Control plan,PPAP,APQP
2)Develop necessary workmanship standerds
3)Product Inspection activities
4)Rejection Data analysis
5)Participating in product/ process audits,Implimenting disposition & corrective action on NC's
6)Developing Gauges to reduce Inspection lead time
7)Carry out SPC studies as per plan
8)Handling transaction in SAP

The Candidate should possess

3)Knowledge of Product functional testing (Mechanical &Electrical)and Audit
4)Knowlege of Caliberation,basic concepts of SPC & usage of SPC software
5)Exposure on 7QC Tools and Exposure on 8D Techniques
6)Knowledge of handling and storage of Hazardous material & Chemicals
