Job Description	Do OJT, need to be qualified after training course Support technician to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization ; to improve MTBA/MTBF Follow technician Do shift online support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance. to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time Support the production Report the online machine status and issue to Senior Tech. and Engineer Follow technician to implement the proactive & preventive maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities Follow technician to perform assembly equipment conversion and do well 5S job and ensure the continued and smoothed production line Do Spare parts hand out ; replacement; and make good recode for tracking
