Job Description
We have requirements in the Procurement & Supplychain business of Genpact.We are looking at simple graduates who can help us in coordinating supplychain activities for the GE businesses in the US.

Skillsets:
Any graduate (Except BE/Btech's & MCA's)
Excellent communication skills - (This is the key)
Problem solving attitude
Good in Excel basics
Willing to work in night-shifts
Work exp- 0-4 yrs

1).Order Management:
Placing orders with vendors & coordinating orders
Expediting deferring and cancellation of orders
Review & Process requests for billing adjustments, Internal Business System billing, customer master file set up and mainternance
Process pro-forma invoices & reconcile customer accounts.
2).Collections
Performing Credit & Collection activities in improving cash flow & reducing past due%
Making collection calls to the vendors to collect outstanding payments
Do credit analysis to determine which accounts to be on hold/released
Account reconciliation & research.
