Desired Profile	We are currently looking for experienced software engineer to perform as Senior contributor, this person should have excellent technical skills with strong hands-on experience designing and implementing high quality enterprise level applications for the purpose of monitoring and managing middle tier application server products. QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive hands-on experience in full-lifecycle J2EE implementation is mandatory Familiarity with J2EE design patterns and their appropriateness for application to highly scalable, performant, highly available system designs is required Knowledge and experience in design and development with the following technologies is expected: Java Server Faces, Servlets, JDBC etc Familiarity with Application Server and technology stack, a plus Knowledge of JVM and J2EE internals, a plus Good knowledge of Unix, Windows OS and basic scripting languages. Experience working in a product development team for monitoring and management software, a plus. Familiarity and expertise in UI design and usability aspect, a plus. BE/ BTech/ Mtech/ MS preferably from top schools Ability to work in a fast changing technical environment with evolving standards Pride in high quality work Good Communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills 7-12 years of relevant experience This is hands on individual contributor role with coding and designing as an important part of the job.
