Job Description | Excellent Application and customer support skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Background in Procurement system support (Level 2) within a complex financial organizational structure familiarity with the Ariba Spend Management application suite desirable, but not required Ability to translate end-user queries into technical queries and run SQL reports Knowledge of workflow systems and object related databases Experience with SQL MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Ability to work under own initiative in a highly dynamic business environment Provide Level 2 Ariba system support to Clients's Ariba user Liaison with the Clients's Finance Managers to request Posting Account creation/activation from the Financial team. Resolve interface errors and re-feed Ariba transactions (POs, Vouchers, Receipts, etc.) Perform testing activities for new Ariba change requests (new functionality) approved for migration by the regional Ariba change request leadership Approve user profiles updates in Ariba The Interface Administrator role requires a mixture of strong business and technical knowledge with the ability to act as a focal point for Clients's business community that use the Ariba application. |
