Job Description	Java Programmers (1 to 6 years experience) Strong development experience in Java (or any other equivalent Object Oriented Programming language) Experience in J2EE technologies such as JMS, EJB etc. and frameworks such as Struts and Hibernate is preferred Experience in application development using XML is strongly desired Familiarity or working experience on Ruby On Rails will be an added advantage The candidate must have strong Computer Science fundamentals Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or engineering from a recognized institute
