Job Description	Software/Web application development, testing and support Database sizing and optimisation M & S of business critical applications Preparation of functional and technical documentation Create and maintain project issue logs Web application development and support using .NET framework, C#, VB.NET, XML, UML, SQL, PL/SQL, Webforms, Winforms, SOAP, WebServices, IIS, Reporting tools, Crystal Reports, Strong RDBMS concepts Maintain & support third party software such as Sales Logix and Blue Pumpkin Write technical documentation such as design and system design documents and test plans. Train new resources on specific features of dot net technology and existing home grown/third party business critical software
Desired Profile	1 to 2 yrs in developing web applications on Microsoft technologies Strong RDBMS concepts
