Desired Profile	Technical Competencies: Must Have: Proficiency in C, C++ / C# and Data structures Working knowledge in SQL Server 2000 / MSDE 2000 Basics in XML / Web services Application Development Knowledge on Windows 9x/ 2000/Xp Desirable: Windows 9x/2000/Xp Internals Experience in Communication protocols and SCADA packages Lab View knowledge is mandatory
