Job Description
-Populating and managing existing databases.
- C reating and updating presentations based on existing research and ideas.
- Interacting with Operations team.
- Contribute to written research reports.
- Using specific/relevant statistical measures to arrive at meaningful results.
- Keeping relevant people informed of activities and development.
- Creating Industry Talent Pool Reports
- Creating Monthly Recruitment Analytics Reports
- Creating Custom Talent Pool Reports
- Building new statistical models for analysis of Test and Recruitment data

Desired Profile
- Any graduate with working knowledge of statistics.
- Good quantitative/numeric, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet and presentation formatting skills (PowerPoint)
- Possess awareness on statistical tools
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
